The CETL's New Faculty Academy program supports new faculty in their transition to teaching at 麻豆色情片 and orients new faculty to 麻豆色情片's teaching culture. In addition to monthly discussions and training activities, new faculty are also paired with faculty mentors as an onboarding process that emphasizes practical knowledge of policy and procedure as well as the valuable knowledge of institutional culture.
